AKTW takes an integrated approach to the design-build process — the net result is a perfect combination of the Homeowners style and our expertise.
AKTW, along with our team of licensed and bonded professional installers and allied trades people, is dedicated to designing and building environmentally friendly residential spaces. Our base line approach is to incorporate sustainable practices in our projects by:

Company founder and co-owner Molly McCabe, AKBD, CGP holds the Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association as well as the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Ms. McCabe is also certified by the Environmental Protection Agency as an individual to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89 (Cert.# R-I-8869-10-1664).
